Patricia Ann Hope née Blacklock passed away on Friday November 13, 2020. Patricia was born on September 5, 1940 to John and Elizabeth Blacklock. On July 19 1959, she married John J. Hope, who passed away on September 7, 1979 at the young age of forty-three. Patricia is survived by her loving children, John Jr., Debra (Francis), Joanne (Daniel), Sharon and Donna (John), as well as her ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, all of whom loved her dearly. She is also survived by her two caring sisters, Margaret and Mary, and many nieces and nephews. Patricia is predeceased by her loving daughter Lisa, grandson Thomas, and great-granddaughter Teagan, as well as her two brothers and four sisters. Patricia, “Nanny” to many, will leave behind a legacy filled with love, laughter, and crazy gin.

A private viewing will be held at McLaughlin and Sons Funeral Home in Brooklyn, NY. Family and friends are welcome to attend a funeral Mass for Patricia at Our Lady of Angels Church, 7320 4th Ave. Brooklyn NY, on Tuesday November 17, 2020 at 10:30 a.m..
