It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Regina Marie Cronin on Sunday, April 26, 2020. She was a devoted sister and sister-in-law to Robert and Joyce, James and Debra, and Edward and Mary Ann, a loving aunt and godmother to many, a cherished cousin, great friend to many more. She dedicated her life to helping people, spending her entire career at Lutheran Medical Center in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Starting as a candy striper, she became a registered nurse, eventually running the emergency room, then worked as an administrator, before finally retiring as a case manager. She brought that same caring to her personal life, where she was always ready to organize a family birthday or memorial day parade, loved to dress up and have a lot of good laughs especially for the children, and also to go out with the girls. She reminded us all to enjoy every moment, and she will be greatly missed.
